基于信息新鲜度的无线感知网络随机接入选择策略优化研究

摘要 时效性是信息的重要属性,尤其对于物联网实时监测系统与状态更新系统而言,信息新鲜度是保障实时决策可靠性与准确性的关键因素。为衡量信息的时效性,文中引入信息年龄的概念,提出基于信息新鲜度的无线感知网络随机接入选择策略优化算法。针对无线感知网络能量受限难题,结合无线能量信息传输技术构建单网络多节点随机接入选择网络模型。文中提出的算法以最小化单次接入信息年龄均值为目标,在已知节点信道增益概率分布特性条件下,仅需进行单次计算,即可保证较长时间内的信息新鲜度优化效果,最优接入概率可通过拉格朗日乘数法进行求解。仿真结果表明,该算法可在保证多节点信息回传频率的条件下,有效提高信息新鲜度,保障信息时效性。 Timeliness is an important attribute of information,especially for real-time IoT(internet of things)monitoring systems and status update systems,information freshness is a key factor to ensure the reliability and accuracy of real-time decision-making.In order to measure the information timeliness,this paper introduces the concept of age of information(AoI),and proposes an optimization algorithm for random access selection strategy in wireless sensor networks based on information freshness.Aiming at the problem of limited energy in wireless sensor networks,a single-network multi-node random access selection network model is constructed combined with wireless power and information transmission technology.The algorithm proposed in this paper aims to minimize the average age of information for single access.Under the condition of known node channel gain probability distribution characteristics,only a single calculation can ensure the optimization effect of information freshness for a long time.The optimal access probability can be solved by the Lagrange multiplier method.The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the freshness of information and ensure the timeliness of information under the condition of ensuring the frequency of multi-node information upload.
