摘要
为模拟动压箔片气体径向轴承在真实机械环境中的工作状态,实时监测其各项数据及性能,在对供气模块、驱动模块等进行分析的基础上,设计并搭建了一种新型动压箔片气体径向轴承实验台。实验台采用“冲压式”涡轮驱动、静压气体轴承支撑主轴。对所设计的涡轮与主轴进行模态分析,对实验台转子系统进行双面动平衡测试,找出转子不平衡的原因,完成了转子的动平衡。该实验台具有测量精度和结构稳定性高、操作方便等优点。
In order to simulate the dynamic pressure foil gas radial bearing in real mechanical environment and to monitor its data and performance in real time,a new dynamic pressure foil gas radial bearing test bench is designed and built based on the analysis of the gas supply module and drive module.The experimental bench USES"ramming"turbine to drive,the static pressure gas bearing supports the spindle,and carries on the modal analysis to the designed turbine and spindle,finally carries on the double-sided dynamic balance test to the rotor system of the experimental bench,analyzes the rotor imbalance fault,and completes the rotor dynamic balance.The experimental bench has the characteristics of high measuring precision,high structural stability and easy operation.
