摘要
为了提高过滤器接头零件的成型效率,提出基于物联网传感技术的过滤器接头零件成型控制系统。通过分析过滤器接头零件的成型过程,为后续物联网传感自动控制系统的建立奠定基础。在了解过滤器接头零件成型过程后,利用电磁二极管中PWM信号在物联网中的传播效应,选择最适合过滤器接头零件成型的自动化传感电路,并以该自动化传感电路为基础,组建基于物联网传感技术的过滤器接头零件成型控制系统硬件结构,设计软件操作流程。实验结果表明,该系统负载率变化稳定、无电流毛刺现象,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to improve the forming efficiency of filter connector parts,a forming control system of filter connector parts based on Internet of Things sensing technology is proposed.By analyzing the forming process of filter connector parts,the foundation is laid for the subsequent establishment of the Internet of Things sensor automatic control system.After understanding the forming process of filter connector parts,the transmission effect of PWM signal in electromagnetic diode in the Internet of Things is used to select the most suitable automatic sensing circuit for the forming of filter connector parts.Based on this automatic sensing circuit,the hardware structure of the filter connector parts forming control system based on the Internet of Things sensing technology is established,and the software operation process is designed.The experimental results show that the system has stable load rate change,no current burr phenomenon,and has certain application value.
