摘要
采用宏观断口观察、成分分析和金相分析等试验方法对开裂储气罐进行了分析。结果表明,储气罐开裂的原因是原材料外表面存在较多的氧化物,在淬火应力作用下,引起表面氧化物处应力集中,导致储气罐的开裂。
The cracked gas tank is analyzed by means of macroscopic fracture observation,composition analysis and metallographic analysis.The results show that the reason for the cracking of the gas tank is that there are serious oxides on the outer surface of the raw materials,which causes the stress concentration at the surface oxides under the quenching stress,thus resulting in the cracking of the gas tank.
