Challenges and opportunities of tumor cell immunotherapy

肿瘤是目前严重威胁人类生命健康的主要疾病之一,每年因肿瘤死亡的人数居世界所有疾病之首,2020年全世界新发癌症病例高达1930万例,死亡人数近1000万。肿瘤细胞的免疫治疗是当今肿瘤治疗的热点之一,具有极其巨大的潜力,但是同时其在应用到临床治疗上面临着巨大挑战。本文就肿瘤细胞免疫治疗的相关热点问题及面临的挑战机遇进行了综述。

Cancer is one of the major diseases that seriously threaten human life and health.Every year,cancer causes more deaths than any other disease in the world.In 2020,the number of new cancer cases in the world is up to 19.3 million,and thenumber of deaths is nearly 10 million.Immunotherapy of tumor cells is one of the hot spots in tumor therapy today,which has greatpotential.But at the same time,it faces great challenges in clinical treatment.In the following,I will expound the hot issues,opportunities and challenges related to tumor cell immunotherapy.
