胆道恶性肿瘤联合用药的治疗进展与探索

The progress of drug combination in the treatment of biliary tract carcinoma

胆道恶性肿瘤包括胆管癌与胆囊癌,其恶性程度高,预后差,且发病率逐年上升,已严重威胁人类的健康。虽然手术是目前唯一根治方法,但由于胆道恶性肿瘤早期诊断率低,多数患者就诊时已失去手术机会,与此同时,胆道恶性肿瘤对化疗并不敏感,因此,探索新的治疗靶点、新的联合用药方案显得格外重要,目前,已有多种化疗、靶向及免疫疗法的联合治疗方案在胆道恶性肿瘤中初显疗效,为晚期胆道恶性肿瘤患者带来了新的希望。

Biliary tract carcinoma,including cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder cancer,poses a great threat to human health due to its high degree of malignancy,poor prognosis,and increasing incidence year by year.Although surgery is still the only radical cure therapy,many patients have lost the opportunity of surgery when they visit the hospital because of the low early diagnosis rate of biliary tract malignant tumors.Meanwhile,biliary tract carcinoma is not sensitive to chemotherapy,with poor efficacy and poor prognosis.Therefore,the exploration of new targets and new therapies is essential.A variety of combined chemotherapy,targeted and immunotherapy regimens have shown initial efficacy in biliary malignant tumors,bringing new hope to patients with advanced biliary malignant tumors.
