肿瘤药学门诊及抗肿瘤治疗药物监测的进展

Advances in oncology pharmacy outpatient service and therapeutic drug monitoring of anti-tumor drugs

随着新型抗肿瘤药物和治疗方案不断推陈出新,越来越多的患者转向门诊治疗。国外肿瘤药学门诊多年的实践已证明药师可以通过门诊提供药学服务发挥减少或减轻药物不良反应、提高患者用药依从性、解决药物治疗相关问题、提高生活质量等作用。国内目前开设肿瘤药学门诊医院较少,仍处于起步阶段,主要包括医师药师联合门诊、独立专科门诊和药物咨询门诊。收费权和处方权是制约进一步发展的重要因素。治疗药物监测作为重要的用药监测手段已显示出越来越重要的作用,未来可能在肿瘤药学门诊发挥更大作用。

With the continuous introduction of novel anti-tumor drugs and treatment regimens,more and more patients turn to outpatient treatment.Years of practice in foreign oncology pharmacy clinics have proved that pharmacists can provide pharmaceutical services to reduce or alleviate adverse drug reactions,improve patients’medication compliance,solve drugrelated problems,and improve quality of life.At present,there are few oncology pharmacy outpatient service in China,which are still in its infancy.The main forms include physician-pharmacist joint outpatient service,independent pharmacy outpatient service and drug consultation outpatient service.The right to charge and the right to prescribe are important factors restricting further development.As an important medication monitoring method,TDM has shown an increasingly important role,and may play a greater role in future oncology pharmacy service.
