新型抗肿瘤药治疗肾癌的研究进展

Research progress of new antitumor drugs in the treatment of renal cancer

肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)是常见的泌尿系恶性肿瘤之一,早期RCC以手术治疗为主,晚期则以药物治疗为主。随着对RCC发病机制研究的深入,晚期RCC的治疗经历了细胞因子、靶向药物以及免疫联合治疗时代。虽然晚期RCC的药物治疗取得了一定进展,但其疗效至今仍不理想。本文就目前肾癌治疗的新药研发以及药物临床研究进展作相关概述。

Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)is one of the common urinary tract malignancies.In the early stage of RCC,surgery is the main treatment,while in the advanced stage,drug treatment is the main way.With the development on the pathogenesis of RCC,the treatment of advanced RCC has gone through the era of cytokines,targeted drugs and combined immunotherapy.Although some progress has been made in the treatment of advanced RCC,its efficacy is still unsatisfactory.This article provides an overview of the current research and development of new drugs for renal cancer treatment and the progress of clinical drug research.
