摘要
根据《学前教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》中对本专业学生实践能力的相关要求,学前教育专业学生实践能力的培养采取高校与协同育人单位共同制定和实施实践能力课程体系、分工协作完成促进学生实践能力发展的“入园成长”计划的方式,将使学前教育专业学生实践能力得到较好的培养。这一协同育人单位全程、全方位参与专业学生实践能力培养的方法,最大限度缩小学前教育专业人才培养与行业需求之间的差距,将国家针对幼儿园教师培养提出的“能力为重”要求落到实处。
According to the requirements of the Standards of Professional Competence for Teachers of Preschool Education Students(for Trial Implementation),the cultivation of practical ability of preschool education students adopts the approach that universities and co-education units jointly participate in formulating and implementing the construction of practical ability curriculum system,and divide and collaborate to complete the“Growth in the Garden”program that promotes the development of students'practical ability.This method of cooperating with education units to participate in the whole process and all-round training of students'practical ability minimizes the gap between the training of preschool education majors and the needs of the industry,and puts into practice the national requirement of“ability-oriented”for the training of kindergarten teachers.
