西藏山地户外冰雪运动发展新理念与新路径

New Ideas and New Paths for the Development of Outdoor Snow and Ice Sports in Mountainous Areas of Tibet

中央第七次西藏工作座谈会提出要贯彻新发展理念,加快推进高质量发展,这为西藏聚焦发展不平衡、不充分问题提供了行动指南,促进了西藏山地户外冰雪运动的迅猛发展。研究对西藏山地户外冰雪运动发展的重要价值进行分析,提出应遵循创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展和共享发展的新发展理念,形成科技赋能、优化格局、生态环保,内外兼顾、助力脱贫的生动格局。进一步通过对山地户外冰雪运动设施、机制、产业、文化、人才等各要素的重视与完善,走可持续发展新路径,为西藏山地户外冰雪运动的发展构筑广阔前景。

The seventh Symposium on the work of Tibet proposed to implement the new development concept and accelerate high-quality development, which provided a guide for Tibet to focus on the unbalanced and inadequate development, and promoted the rapid development of outdoor snow and ice sports in mountainous areas of Tibet.This study analyzed the important values of outdoor snow and ice sports development in mountainous areas of Tibet, and proposed that the new development concepts of innovative development, coordinated development,green development, open development and shared development should be followed, so as to form a vivid pattern of enabling science and technology, optimizing pattern, ecological protection, internal and external consideration,and helping poverty alleviation. Further, by paying attention to and improving the facilities, mechanism, industry,culture, talents and other elements of mountain outdoor snow and ice sports, we will take a new path of sustainable development and build a broad prospect for the development of mountain outdoor snow and ice sports in Tibet.
