摘要
在临床医学中,恶性肿瘤的发生及发展过程是一个多因素、多阶段和多步骤的过程,其中涉及大量的分子参与到复杂的网络调控。现在有多种分子靶向药物难以满足相关的临床治疗需求,因此有效地挖掘肿瘤发生及发展过程中新的关键分子,确定其作为肿瘤识别和药物设计靶点的潜在价值,已经成为相关肿瘤学的研究热点。目前FoxM1属于Forkhead家族的转录因子,FoxM1可以有效地调控其下游相关靶基因,同时给予细胞周期一定的调控性,控制细胞的有丝分裂过程和细胞增殖。FoxM1在诸多恶性肿瘤内呈现出高表达,可以通过多种机制参与肿瘤组织细胞的发生发展过程,目前已经逐步成为各种恶性肿瘤的研究热点。
In clinical medicine, the occurrence and development of malignant tumors is a multi factor, multistage and multi-step process, which involves a large number of molecules involved in complex network regulation. At present, a variety of molecular targeted drugs are difficult to meet the relevant clinical treatment needs. Therefore, effectively mining new key molecules in the process of tumor occurrence and development and determining their potential value as tumor identification and drug design targets has become a research hotspot in related oncology. At present, FoxM1 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors. FoxM1 can effectively regulate its downstream related target genes, and give a certain degree of regulation to the cell cycle, controlling the cell mitosis process and cell proliferation. FoxM1 is highly expressed in many malignant tumors and can participate in the occurrence and development of tumor cells through a variety of mechanisms. At present, FoxM1 has gradually become a research hotspot of various malignant tumors.
