临沂市农村成年高血压患者健康相关生命质量的影响因素分析

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF HEALTH-RELATED QUALITY OF LIFE IN RURAL ADULT PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION IN LINYI CITY

目的探讨农村成年高血压患者HRQL的影响因素。方法采用EQ-5D-5L和自编问卷调查临沂市农村居民高血压患者的HRQL现状,计算健康效用值,采用多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果农村成年居民高血压患病率为28.53%,健康效用值为(0.94±0.12)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、性别、用药指导、文化程度是农村成年高血压患者HRQL的影响因素。结论高年龄组、婚姻状况不良、受教育程度低且没有接受用药指导的女性高血压患者是HRQL的重点关注人群,需采取针对性措施以不断提高其HRQL水平。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of health-related quality of life(HRQL)in rural adult patients with hypertension.Methods EQ-5D-5L and a self-designed questionnaire were used to survey the HRQL status of rural residents with hypertension in Linyi city.The health utility values were calculated and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 28.53%and the health utility value was(0.94±0.12).The results of multivariate analysis showed that age,gender,medication guidance and education level were the influencing factors of HRQL in rural adult hypertensive patients.Conclusion Female hypertensive patients with high age,poor marital status,low education level and no medication guidance need more attention in HRQL and corresponding measures should be taken to improve their HRQL level.
