摘要
汽轮机是发电厂主要设备之一,各发电厂为提高热效率,相继对汽轮机进行通流改造。国内某电厂汽轮机全通流技术改造(升参数)项目,在维持主蒸汽压力不变的条件下,将汽轮机参数从16.67 MPa/538℃/538℃提升为16.67 MPa/580℃/580℃。同时,满足机组持续带650 MW负荷的要求,并进行辅助设备改造,实现机组综合节能降耗的目标。文章以此项目为例,重点论述东方汽轮机厂改造同厂机组模式下的通流改造的优化方案。
Steam turbine is one of the main equipment in power plants.In order to improve thermal efficiency,power plants have carried out flow transformation of steam turbine one after another.Under the condition of maintaining the main steam pressure unchanged,the steam turbine parameters were increased from 16.67mpa/538℃/538℃to 16.67mpa/580℃/580℃.At the same time,meet the requirements of continuous 650 MW load of the unit,and carry out auxiliary equipment transformation to achieve the goal of comprehensive energy conservation and consumption reduction of the unit.Taking this project as an example,this paper focuses on the optimization scheme of flow passage transformation under the mode of Dongfang unit transformation and unit transformation in the same plant.
