风力发电机组塔筒及基础振动监测分析

摘要 塔筒和基础是风力发电机组重要的承载结构,一旦出现问题会造成机组倒塌等严重事故,因此应予以重视。通过开展塔筒基础监测,能够及早掌握机组的不利运行状态,及早进行故障预警。文章开发了一套风电塔筒基础监测系统,并应用于一个山地风电场2.0 MW机组监测,具有较高的实际应用价值,对于同类风电场具有一定借鉴意义。 Tower and foundation are important bearing structures of wind turbine.Once they fail,they will cause serious accidents such as unit collapse,so they should be paid attention to.By carrying out tower foundation monitoring,we can grasp the adverse operation state of the unit and carry out fault early warning as soon as possible.In this paper,a set of wind power tower foundation monitoring system is developed and applied to the monitoring of 2.0 MW units in a mountain wind farm.It has high practical application value and can be used as a reference for similar wind farms.
