摘要
为解决油气储运专业传统实践教学质量无法保障的难题,以强化学生“工程意识、实践能力、创新思维”为目标,开发设计了具有工艺现场原型化、设备结构仿真化、学生操作可控化等特点的虚实结合的油气集-储-输一体化全流程实践教学平台,实现了各工艺领域的贯通和衔接。仿真实训中心再现油气储运现场工作环境,实现了与工程实践的“零距离”接触。通过构建“三层次、六模块、三结合”的实践教学体系,优化实践教学内容,创新实践教学方法,建立开放共享的实践教学信息化平台,健全信息化考核评价体系,极大地促进了专业实践教学质量的提升,可为石油与天然气工程领域相关学科虚拟仿真实训平台的建设提供一定的参考价值。
In order to solve the problem that the quality of traditional practical teaching for oil and gas storage and transportation major could not be guaranteed,a practical teaching platform is designed.It aims at strengthening students’engineering consciousness,practical ability and innovative thinking.The platform integrates the process of oil and gas gathering,storage and transportation and realizes the connection of various technological fields.It has the characteristics of process site prototype,equipment structure simulation,and student operation controllable.The simulation training center reproduces the working environment of oil and gas storage and transportation field,and realizes the“zero distance”contact with engineering practice.This paper constructs the practice teaching system of“three levels,six modules and three combinations”.The quality of professional practice teaching has been greatly promoted by optimizing the practice teaching content and methods,establishing an open and shared practical teaching information platform and perfecting the information assessment and evaluation system.It can provide some reference value for the construction of virtual simulation practice teaching center of related disciplines in oil and gas engineering field.
