基于“岗课赛证”融通的工业机器人技术专业课程体系的构建与实践——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

Construction and Practice of Curriculum System on Industrial Robot Technology Based on Integration of “Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”——Take Huanggang Vocational and Technical College as an Example

通过行业调研分析在湖北省智能制造产业转型升级背景下工业机器人行业企业的人才需求及岗位设置,对标全国职业院校技能大赛与1+X证书制度试点——工业机器人集成应用职业技能证书技能需求,重新定位专业人才培养目标,明确工业机器人技术专业主要就业岗位,分析岗位典型工作任务所要求的职业能力与素养,根据职业技能需求落实课程的设置。以黄冈职业技术学院工业机器人技术专业为例,重构基于“岗课赛证”融通的专业课程体系,并提出实施建议,取得了显著成效。

Through industry research and analysis, the talent demand and post setting of industrial robot industry enterprises in the context of the transformation and upgrading among the intelligent manufacturing industry in Hubei Province were compared with the national vocational college skills competition and the pilot of the 1+X certificate system-industrial robot integrated application of vocational skills certificate skills demand, repositioning the training goal of professional talents, and defining the main employment positions of industrial robot technology, analyzing the professional ability and quality required by the typical job tasks of the post, and implementing the curriculum setting according to the needs of professional skills. Taking the industrial robot technology specialty in Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example, the professional curriculum system was reconstructed, based on the integration of “post-course-competition-certificate”, and the related implementation suggestions were put forward, which has achieved remarkable results.
