血常规检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值分析

Analysis of clinical application value of routine blood test in differential diagnosis of anemia

目的探究血常规检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月期间梅州市第二中医医院收治的52例缺铁性贫血患者和42例地中海贫血患者作为研究对象,另选健康体检者45例作为对照组,3组对象均行血常规检验并观察检验结果。结果缺铁组RBC和MCV水平低于其他2组,RDW水平高于其他2组(P<0.05);缺铁组、地中海组HBG、MCHC及MCH水平低于对照组,缺铁组HBG低于地中海组,缺铁组MCHC和MCH高于地中海组(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验在贫血鉴别诊断中应用价值较高。

Objective Explore the application of routine blood tests in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods From January to December 2020,52 cases of iron deficiency anemia patients and 42 cases of thalassemia patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and 45 healthy subjects were selected as controls. The three groups of subjects underwent routine blood tests and observed the test results.Result The RBC,RDW and MCV of the iron-deficiency group are different from the other two groups. The RBC and MCV level is lower than the other two groups,and the RDW level is higher than the other two groups(P<0.05);the iron-deficiency group and the Mediterranean group HBG,MCHC and MCH levels are lower than the control group HBG of the iron deficiency group was lower than that of the Mediterranean group,and the MCHC and MCH of the iron deficiency group were higher than that of the Mediterranean group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine blood tests have a higher application value in the differential diagnosis of anemia.
