树脂种类对低温固化导电银浆性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为制备导电性更好且附着力高的导电银浆,以不同种类的树脂为导电银浆黏结相来制备低温固化导电银浆,并采用丝网印刷的方式将导电银浆印刷到PET薄膜上。测试导电银浆的黏度以及固化在PET膜上后的导电性能及附着力等。结果表明:不同种类树脂对导电银浆的黏结性以及导电性能有较大影响,其中丙烯酸类树脂所制备的导电银浆的附着性和导电性较好。当树脂质量分数为4%时,导电银浆体积电阻率达7.66×10^(-5)Ω·cm。 In order to prepare conductive silver paste with better conductivity and high adhesion,different kinds of resins were used as the bonding phase of conductive silver paste to prepare low-temperature cured conductive silver paste,and the conductive silver paste was printed on PET film by screen printing.Viscosity of conductive silver paste,electrical conductivity and adhesion of PET films after silver slurry curing were tested.The results show that different kinds of resins have great effects on the adhesion and conductivity of conductive silver paste,and the conductive silver paste prepared by acrylic resin has relatively good adhesion and resistivity.When the mass fraction of resin is 4%,the volume resistivity of conductive silver paste reaches 7.66×10^(-5)Ω·cm.
