Research on Green Supply Chain Decision-Making Considering Government Subsidies and Retailers Sales Efforts

在考虑产品绿色度和零售商销售努力水平的基础上,分别构建政府采取不同补贴策略下的绿色供应链决策模型,考虑供应链成员不同权力结构的情形下运用Stackelberg博弈求解模型。在此基础上,进行数值仿真分析,研究政府补贴比例分别对价格决策、产品绿色度、销售努力水平和供应链成员利润的影响。结果表明:无论政府补贴制造商还是零售商,产品零售价格总是在零售商主导时最高,而产品批发价格总是在制造商主导时最高;且政府补贴也对产品绿色度、零售商销售努力水平及供应链成员利润产生了正向影响作用。

Based on the consideration of product green level and retailer sales effort level, a green supply chain decision model under different government subsidy strategies is constructed, and it uses the Stackelberg game solution model to compare and analyze the effects of government subsidies and different power structures on the green supply chain decision by considering different power structures of supply chain members. Then numerical analysis is used to study the effects of government subsidies on prices, product green level, sales effort level and profits respectively. The results show that regardless of whether the government subsidizes the manufacturer or the retailer, the retail price of the product is always highest when the retailer is dominant,while the wholesale price of the product is always highest when the manufacturer is dominant;and the government subsidy also has a positive effect on the green level of the product, sales effort level and supply chain members’ profits..
