1108综采工作面切顶卸压围岩应力变化规律研究

摘要 花草滩煤矿1108综采工作面在回采过程中,工作面应力重新分布,使西翼回风大巷处于高应力环境中。为改善西翼回风大巷应力分布状态,在1108综采工作面回采前,提前在1108运输顺槽中使用聚能爆破切顶卸压技术所产生的冲击力转化为指定方向冲击,使围岩在预定位置卸压。当1108工作面推过后,顶板在预裂位置断裂,切断应力传递,达到卸压的目的。本文使用FLAC 3D数值模拟技术对1108综采工作面在不同爆破角度、爆破高度切顶卸压围岩应力变化规律进行研究,确定花草滩煤矿1108综采工作面切顶角度和切顶高度最佳参数,从而达到最佳切顶卸压效果。 In the mining process of 1108 fully mechanized mining face of Huacaotan coal mine,the stress of the working face is redistributed,so that the West Wing return air roadway is in a high stress environment.In order to improve the stress distribution of the West Wing return air roadway,the impact force generated by energy-gathering blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology is converted into impact in the specified direction in advance in 1108 transportation chute before mining in 1108 fully mechanized mining face,so as to relieve the pressure of surrounding rock at the predetermined position.The roof breaks at the pre crack position,cutting off the stress transmission and achieving the purpose of pressure relief,when the 1108 working face is pushed.In this paper,FLAC 3D numerical simulation technology is used to study the variation law of surrounding rock stress of 1108 fully mechanized mining face under different blasting angles and blasting heights and to determine the best parameters of 1108 fully mechanized mining face in Huacaotan coal mine,so as to achieve the best effect of roof cutting and pressure relief.
