摘要
水电站机组进水压力钢管的流量测量会受到诸如水头、钢管直径和壁厚、介质泥沙含量等各种因素的制约和影响,流量测量的精度又跟机组效率的校核密切相关。因此,合理地选择流量测量方式和流量测量设备尤为重要。以巴基斯坦SK超高水头电站的机组进水压力钢管安装的磁吸式超声波流量计为例,结合实际工程条件,对高水头、泥沙含量高、钢管壁厚较大、流量计安装所需的平直管段较短等苛刻条件下的超声波流量计如何应用并提高测量精度进行分析和研究,从而保证流量测量满足工程设计要求。
The flow measurement of the penstock of hydropower station is influenced by such factors as water head,steel pipe diameter and wall thickness,medium sediment content,etc.The flow measurement is closely related to the verification of turbine unit efficiency.Therefore,it is particularly important to reasonably select the flow measurement mode and equipment.Taking the magnetic suction ultrasonic flowmeter installed in the penstock of SK hydropower project as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the application of ultrasonic flowmeter and improvement of measurement accuracy under the conditions of high water head,high sediment content,thick pipe wall and short straight pipe section required for flowmeter installation in combination with the actual construction conditions to ensure that the flow measurement meet the design requirements.
