无磷免擦洗车液的配方设计

摘要 对汽车表面进行免擦拭清洁,整个洗车过程不用海绵、抹布直接接触汽车表面,在去除汽车表面的尘土、油渍等污垢的同时,对车漆和亮条起到了保护作用,符合高档车型的清洗要求,也提高了洗车效率。为了实现车辆的免擦清洁,通过正交实验和单因素试验确定了以m(无磷乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠)∶m(喜赫PO嵌段FMEE)∶m(伯烷基磺酸钠)∶m(喜赫FMES)∶m(五水偏硅酸钠)∶m(乙二醇丁醚)∶m(6501)=3∶3∶2∶1∶0.6∶0.4∶0.4的比例复配无磷环保型免擦洗车液,并应用于洗车店实际洗车,除车头高速行驶导致的虫胶以及严重静电灰需要人工擦拭,其他污垢的清洁效果均符合要求。 The dirt and oil stains on the car surface are removed in frictionless washing process without the sponge or rag.This cleaning process is good for the car paint and bright strip,which can improve the efficiency of car washing. The frictionless cleaning agent is suitable for the high-grade car.In order to realize the vehicle’s no-rub clean,the non-rubbing detergent was applied to the car wash of a car wash shop with the proportion ofm(non-phosphorus EDDHA-Na) ∶m(PO blocked FMEE) ∶m(PAS) ∶m(FMES) ∶m(sodium metasilicate) ∶m(2-butoxyethanol) ∶m(6501)= 3 ∶ 3 ∶ 2 ∶ 1 ∶ 0.6 ∶ 0.4 ∶ 0.4 through the orthogonal experiment and the single factor experiment,the cleaning result is satisfied in addition to the shellac and serious electrostatic dust caused by the high-speed driving,which needs to be wiped manually.
