摘要
针对目前某厂采用两段加氢(精制与裂化)并联工艺模式,出现油品总S、总N、密度、10%残碳整体偏大等问题,对加氢精制与裂化并联工艺中正常操作、主要影响因素与异常工况的处理方面进行了分析,得到了优化的工艺条件。
In view of the problem that the total S,total N,density and 10%carbon residue of oil products are generally large when a plant adopts the parallel process mode of two-stage hydrotreating(refining and cracking),the normal operation,main influencing factors and handling of abnormal conditions in the parallel process of hydrotreating and cracking are analyzed,and the optimized process conditions are obtained.
