摘要
气液两相流是一种复杂并常见的流态,如果管径选择不合适,会造成管线振动等问题,影响操作安全。本文以某炼厂其中一处气液两相流管线为例,采用公式计算与ASPEN PLUS软件模拟两种方式来计算管径,并利用CAESARⅡ软件进行配管应力分析,使气液两相流管线的应用更为合理。
Gas liquid two-phase flow is a complex and common flow pattern.If the pipe diameter is not suitable,it will cause problems such as pipeline vibration and affect the operation safety.In this paper,a gas-liquid two-phase flow pipeline in a refinery is taken as example to calculate the pipe diameter by formula calculation and software simulation,and the pipe stress is analyzed by CAESARⅡsoftware to make the application of gas-liquid two-phase flow pipeline more reasonable.
