Research on the information chain structure of product emergency based on stakeholders

文章从信息链的视角,揭示产品突发事件中的多元信息主体及其信息流转变化,为优化突发事件应急决策提供新思路。在对产品突发事件进行定义的基础上,对产品突发事件进行分类与利益相关者分析;对产品突发事件不同演化阶段中的信息链主体参与情况和信息流转行为进行分析,提出产品突发事件信息链结构模型。

From the perspective of information chain,this paper reveals the multiple information subjects in product emergencies and their changes in information flow,providing new ideas for optimizing emergency decision-making.Based on the definition of product emergencies,the classification and stakeholder analysis of product emergencies are carried out.This paper analyzes the participation and information flow behavior of information chain agents in different evolution stages of product emergencies,and puts forward a product emergency information chain structure model.
