国有孵化器转型发展若干问题探究

Discussion on several problems of state-owned enterprise incubators’transformation and development

国有孵化器是我国科技企业孵化器产业的重要组成部分,长期以来在提高创业成功率、加速科技成果转化、提升科技创新能力、推动经济转型发展等方面发挥着重要作用。然而,由于受到一些因素的影响和制约,国有孵化器在发展过程中仍有着不尽如人意的地方。鉴于此,文章以国有孵化器为研究对象,分析了其基本内涵和重要功能,剖析了在转型发展中面临的需求和问题,并在此基础上提出了促进国有孵化器转型发展的对策建议。

The state-owned incubator is an important part of the enterprise incubator industry.For a long time,it has played an important role in improving the rate of entrepreneurship success,accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,improving the innovation ability,and promoting economic transformation and development.However,due to the influence and restriction of some factors,the development of state-owned incubators is still not very satisfied.Therefore,this paper chooses the state-owned incubator as the research object,analyzed the basic connotation,important functions,and the requirements and problems faced in the process of development.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the transformation and development of state-owned incubators.
