摘要
城市园林废弃物处理方案中,发酵处理是一个重要方式。大基地、工厂化发酵方式进行生物垃圾再处理,具有良好的园林废弃物规模化处理价值,但该方式前期投入大,运行费用高,效率低。本研究针对城市园林中废弃物就近、就地、小型、有效发酵的目标,提出了一种基于ARM的绿地微型发酵翻动装置来就地处理园林废弃物。本文描述了实现该方案的系统结构模型、工作原理,给出了系统相应的软硬件设计方案。现场试验表明,该方案系统结构模型合理,软硬件设计可行,具有灵活的扩充性和伸缩性,对城市园林废弃物处理具有良好的实用价值。
On the basis of ARM,a scheme,which can implement fermentation turning machine automatic control,is presented to improve some problems,such as high investment,high cost,low efficiency,hard to promote in small and medium-sized cities.Its architecture and working principle are described in detail,and its software and hardware design is given.The experimental results show that the proposed architecture is effective and efficient,and the given software and hardware design is feasible.The established electromechanical control system is flexible to be extended or reduced,which can be up to actual demand for the waste retreatment demand of urban garden development.
