履带式再生稻收获机设计与性能试验 被引量:1

摘要 为减小再生稻收获机作业时的碾压面积,根据再生稻头季收获农艺要求,设计了一种履带式再生稻收获机,履带宽度为250 mm,采用全液压底盘,具有较高的灵活性。使用Recurdyn进行虚拟样机仿真分析,结果表明,履带式再生稻收获机转弯灵活,履带最高沉陷量120 mm,履带张紧力变化符合预期。田间试验表明,履带式再生稻收获机田间转弯灵活,综合碾压率为16%,相比普通履带式收获机碾压率降低40%,该研究可为后期再生稻收获机理论研究提供参考。 In order to reduce the rolling area of the ratooning rice harvester during operation,a crawler type ratooning rice harvester was designed according to the agronomic requirements for the first harvest of ratooning rice.The crawler width was 250 mm,and the full hydraulic chassis was adopted,which had high flexibility.The simulation analysis of the virtual prototype was carried out by using RecurDyn.The results showed that the crawler type ratooning rice harvester turned flexibly,the maximum settlement of the crawler was 120 mm,and the change of the crawler tension was in line with the expectation.The field experiment shows that the crawler type ratooning rice harvester turns flexibly in the field,and the comprehensive rolling rate is 16%,which is 40%lower than that of the ordinary crawler type harvester.This study can provide a reference for the later theoretical research of ratooning rice harvester.
