南方蔗区甘蔗叶粉碎还田配套机具及技术模式分析

摘要 甘蔗叶实施机械化粉碎还田利用是改良土壤、提高蔗园土壤肥力较为经济有效和低碳环保的技术途径。由于甘蔗叶量大、韧性强,实施机械化粉碎还田存在粉碎质量差、影响后续机耕等问题。本文对粉碎覆盖、粉碎混埋、粉碎深埋等不同甘蔗叶粉碎还田处理机具及其后续配套机具作业模式进行研究分析,结合南方蔗区甘蔗叶机械化粉碎还田的试验效果和经验,希望能够为甘蔗叶粉碎还田技术应用及推广提供借鉴与参考。 The mechanized crushing and returning of sugarcane leaves to the field is a more economical,effective,low-carbon and environmental protection technical way to improve the soil and improve the soil fertility of sugarcane orchards.Sugarcane has a large amount of leaves and strong toughness.There are still some problems in the implementation of mechanized crushing and returning to the field,such as poor crushing quality and affecting the follow-up machine tillage.This paper studies and analyzes the operation modes of different sugarcane leaf crushing and returning machines and their subsequent supporting machines and tools,such as crushing and covering,crushing and mixed burying,crushing and deep burying,combined with the experimental results and experience of sugarcane leaf mechanized crushing and returning to the field in the southern sugarcane region,hoping to provide reference for the application and promotion of sugarcane leaf crushing and returning to the field technology.
