夜光遥感视角下的江西省贫困县脱贫效果监测

摘要 基于NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光遥感数据,对江西省国家级贫困县2012年以来的脱贫效果进行长时序监测,探究其时空动态变化规律。结果表明:夜间灯光强度与GDP拟合的最优模型是二项式函数模型;安远县夜间灯光强度增长率最高;上饶县夜间灯光强度增长最快,井冈山市和修水县的夜间灯光值呈下降趋势;井冈山市、广昌县、宁都县的夜间灯光变化率为负值,灯光值先增速上升后趋于平缓,其余各县均呈快速上升趋势;在江西省东部地区扶贫效果较为明显,其中上饶县夜间灯光强度变化率最高,脱贫效果最为显著。 Based on the NPP-VIIRS night light remote sensing data,this paper conducts long-term monitoring of the poverty alleviation effect of the national poverty counties in Jiangxi province since 2012,and explores its temporal and spatial dynamic changes.The results show that the optimal model of night light intensity value and GDP fitting is a binomial function model;Anyuan county has the highest rate of night lighting;Shangrao county has the fastest increase in the brightness of night lights,while the night lights in Jinggangshan city and Xiushui county show a downward trend;Jinggangshan city,Guangchang county and Ningdu county have a negative change rate of night lights,and the light value increases first and then tends to be flat,the rest of the counties all show a rapid upward trend;the effect of poverty alleviation is more obvious in the eastern part of Jiangxi province,Shangrao county has the highest rate of change in lighting values at night,and the effect of poverty alleviation is the most significant.
