摘要
基于Skyline三维基础平台,采用C/S架构,设计并研发了泥石流地质灾害隐患靶区三维地理信息系统。笔者从技术路线、系统框架、关键技术、数据建设和系统开发方面详细阐述了系统的开发过程。该系统实现了三维信息浏览展示、数据管理、数据查询、空间分析、辅助决策、统计分析等功能,为地质灾害信息管理和防治灾害工作提供重要的技术支持,是GIS三维技术应用于地质灾害方面的成功案例。
Based on Skyline 3D basic platform and using C/S model,this paper designs and develops a 3D Geographic Information System for potential hazard target area of debris flow geological disaster.The author elaborates the development process of the system from the aspects of technical route,system framework,key technology,data construction and system development.The system realizes three-dimensional information browsing and display,data management,data query,spatial analysis,auxiliary decision-making,statistical analysis and other functions.It provides important technical support for geological disaster information management and disaster prevention.It is a successful case of GIS three-dimensional technology applied to geological disasters.
