摘要
传统不动产权籍调查采用全站仪、GNSS-RTK等方法对权籍信息进行外业采集,周期长、效率低。本文以某区域为研究对象,采用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术进行测区不动产数据采集,建立测区三维模型,并进行矢量化处理,获取研究区不动产权籍信息,结果表明:倾斜摄影测量成果平面坐标中误差为0.0362 m,界址点间距的相对精度中误差为0.0354 m,满足规范和使用要求,验证了无人机倾斜摄影技术在不动产权籍调查更新工作中的可行性及可靠性。
Traditional real estate registration surveys use total station,GNSS-RTK and other methods to collect the registration information in the field,which has a long period and low efficiency.This article takes a certain area as the research object,adopts UAV oblique photogrammetry technology to collect the real estate data in the survey area,establishes a three-dimensional model of the survey area and carries out vectorization processing to obtain the real estate ownership information in the study area.The results show that the error in the plane coordinates of the oblique photogrammetry results is 0.0362 m,and the error in the relative accuracy of the boundary point spacing is 0.0354 m,which meets the specifications and application requirements,and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the UAV oblique photography technology in the investigation and update of real estate registration.
