To summarize the research progress of the anti-tumor mechanism of polysaccharopeptide to provide a reference for the anti-tumor treatment strategy and research direction by reviewing and organizing the related research literature at home and abroad.Polysaccharopeptide exerts its anti-tumor effect mainly through direct anti-tumor effect,immunomodulatory effect and the sensitizing effect on anti-tumor drugs,and can reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,which makes it a potential monomer of traditional Chinese medicine.
