基于《药物经济学评价报告质量评估指南》的中医药卫生经济学研究文献质量评价

Literature Quality Evaluation of Health Economics of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on PEERs

目的:了解中医药参与卫生经济学研究的现状及卫生经济学评价文献写作质量,提出规范中医药卫生经济学评价的可操作建议,提高中医药卫生经济学评价报告结论的可参考性。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库,梳理中医药参与治疗的卫生经济学研究文献,利用2018年中华中医药学会颁布的《药物经济学评价报告质量评估指南》(简称“PEERs”)文献质量评价工具对中医药卫生经济学文献进行质量评估。结果:经筛查、去重,共纳入文献258篇,结论具有参考价值的文献占比22.09%(57/258),其中完全符合占3.10%(8/258),基本符合占18.99%(49/258)。中医药卫生经济学评价文献在干预及对照措施、研究结果结论阐释、研究目的等方面书写质量较高;在研究角度、模型使用、资金来源等方面书写质量较低;存在卫生经济学评价方法使用不规范等问题。结论:目前国内中医药卫生经济学评价文献存在研究角度不明确、成本收集口径不清晰、健康产出指标角度单一、卫生经济学评价方法使用不规范、中医药卫生技术评价研究较少等问题。建议开展跨地区、跨机构合作,促进中医药卫生经济学评价的发展。

Objective:To understand the current situation of health economics research participated by traditional Chinese medicine and the writing quality of health economics evaluation literature,and put forward operable suggestions to standardize the health economics evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were systematically searched to sort out the research literature on health economics of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment.The quality of the literature on health economics of traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated by using the document quality evaluation tool of the guide for the quality evaluation of pharmacoeconomics evaluation report(PEERs)issued by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018.Results:After screening and removing duplicate articles,a total of 258 literatures were included.The literature with reference significance accounted for 22.09%(57/258),of which 3.10%(8/258)were completely consistent,18.99%(49/258)were basically consistent.The evaluation literature of health economics of traditional Chinese medicine has high writing quality in intervention and control measures,interpretation of research results and conclusions,research purpose and so on.The writing quality is low in terms of research angle,model use,fund source and so on.There are some problems such as non-standard use of health economics evaluation methods.Conclusion:At present,there are some problems in the domestic health economics evaluation literature participated by traditional Chinese medicine,such as unclear research angle,unclear cost collection caliber,single perspective of health output indicators,non-standard use of health economics evaluation methods,less research on health technology evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and so on.It is suggested to carry out cross regional and inter institutional cooperation to promote the development of health economic evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
