院校-师承-地域医学教育模式培养岭南特色针灸应用型人才的探索

Exploration on Training Applied Talents of Acupuncture and Moxibustion with Lingnan Characteristics in the Education Mode of Colleges&Master-Apprentice&Regional Medicine

岭南特色中医药作为我国中医药的重要组成部分,在中医医学史上发挥着不可替代的作用。中医院校如何在发挥好院校优势与汲取师承精髓的基础上,将地域医学特色融入中医教育中,培养出具备扎实的中医药理论基础、有一定的现代医学知识、同时又传承好地方特色文化与技术的人才,是需要我们积极思考并实践探索的。文章以中医针灸学课程教学与岭南地域特色临床实践有机结合为例,探讨如何将“院校-师承-地域医学”有机结合并贯穿中医人才的全程教育中,培养热爱中医药事业,具有岭南中医特色的应用型人才。

As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,Lingnan characteristic Chinese medicine plays an irreplaceable role in the history of traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of giving full play to the advantages of colleges and learning from the essence of teachers,college of Chinese medicine should integrate regional medical characteristics into traditional Chinese medicine education,cultivate solid theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine and certain modern medical knowledge,and at the same time,inherit local characteristic culture and technology,which requires us to actively think and practice.Taking the organic combination of acupuncture and moxibustion teaching and clinical practice with Lingnan regional characteristics as an example,this paper discusses how to organically combine“colleges,master-apprentice and regional medicine”and run through the whole process of education of traditional Chinese medicine talents,so as to cultivate application-oriented talents with Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine characteristics who love the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.
