中医专家治疗恶性癌瘤的效果及处方分析

The Curative Effect and Prescription Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Expert in Treating Malignant Cancer Tumor

目的分析中医专家治疗恶性癌瘤的效果及处方意义。方法检索2010年10月1日—2020年10月30日中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)中医专家治疗恶性癌瘤的文献。结果录入211篇文献,共计211例病案,中西结合组总有效率达到97.69%(169/173)高于中医组的92.11%(35/38),差异有统计学意义;有的患者生存长达221个月。共使用374味药,处方频率超过30%的药物仅有31味;单方平均质量(275.47±108.58)g,单方平均药味(16.33±4.88)味;补益药的药物质量及味数相对多于清解祛毒药。结论中医协同西医治疗恶性癌瘤有较好效果;扶正抑癌是中医治疗肿瘤的重要手段,能减轻或消除患者的症状,改善患者的体质,使晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量改善,延长带瘤生存期,达到“带瘤生存”的效果。

Objective To analyze the curative effect and prescription significance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)experts in the treatment of malignant cancer.Methods Searching the knowledge warehouse of Chinese Hospitals(CHKD)and the literature in the treatment of malignant cancer written by TCM experts from October 1,2010 to October 30,2020.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.69%(169/173),which was higher than that of TCM group(92.11%,35/38),and the difference was statistically significant.Some patients survived as long as 221 months.A total of 374 drugs were used,and only 31 drugs were prescribed more frequently than 30%.The average weight of single prescription was(275.47±108.58)g,and the average taste of single prescription was(16.33±4.88).The quality and flavor number of tonic drugs were more than those of remove detoxification medicine.Conclusion TCM collaboration with western medicine in the treatment of malignant cancer has a good effect.Strengthening and suppressing cancer is an important means of TCM in the treatment of tumors,which can alleviate or eliminate the symptoms of patients,improve the constitution of patients,improve the quality of life of patients with advanced tumors,prolong the survival period of patients with tumors,and achieve the effect of“survival with tumors”.
