针刺联合温阳调气法治疗儿童支气管哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Warming Yang and Regulating Qi Method on in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in Children

目的探讨针刺联合温阳调气法治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果及对肺功能的影响。方法将2020年9月—2021年9月就诊于安徽中医药大学第二附属医院的110例支气管哮喘儿童随机分成2组,对照组和观察组各55例。对照组予以针刺治疗,观察组予以针刺联合温阳调气法治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平、免疫功能、肺功能和中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.36%(53/55),高于对照组的83.64%(46/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞三烯D4(LTD4)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),第1秒用力呼吸气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%)和最大呼气量(PEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);白细胞分化抗原4^(+)(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原8^(+)(CD8^(+))、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合温阳调气法能减轻炎症感染,调节肺功能及免疫功能,有效缓解哮喘症状,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with warming yang and regulating qi method in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children and its effect on lung function.Methods A total of 110 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with warming yang and regulating qi method.The clinical effect,serum factor levels,pulmonary function indexes,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),which was higher than 83.64%(46/55)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and leucotriene D4(LTD4)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of wheezing,coughing,expectoration and chest tightness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of forced breathing volume in the first second to predicted value(FEV_(1)%)and maximum expiratory volume(PEF)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of leukocyte differentiation antigen 4^(+)(CD4^(+)),leukocyte differentiation antigen 8^(+)(CD8^(+))and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with warming yang and regulating qi method can reduce inflammation and infection,regulate lung function and immune function,and effectively relieve asthma symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
