柴胡疏肝散治疗肝胃不和之痞满证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chaihu Shugan Powder in Treating Distention and Fullness Syndrome of Disharmony between Liver and Stomach

目的分析应用柴胡疏肝散加减对于肝胃不和之痞满证的治疗效果。方法选取医院在2017年1月—2018年8月收治的136例痞满证患者,随机分为2组,中医治疗组采用中医辨证治疗方案,常规治疗组配合采用西医常规治疗方案,评价2组患者治疗效果。结果常规治疗组治疗总有效率为70.59%(48/68),中医治疗组为95.59%(65/68),2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规治疗组不良反应发生率为26.47%(18/68),中医治疗组为10.29%(7/68),2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗方案可以提高痞满证患者总有效率,并且能够降低不良反应发生率,是一种值得推广应用的治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder in treating distention and fullness syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods A total of 136 patients with distention and fullness syndrome admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation treatment scheme,and the conventional group was treated with western medicine conventional treatment scheme.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 70.59%(48/68)in the conventional group and 95.59%(65/68)in the TCM group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was investigated.The incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was 26.47%(18/68),and that in the TCM group was 10.29%(7/68).Comparison between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with distention and fullness syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach,the application of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can improve the total effective rate of patients,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is a treatment plan worthy of popularization and application.
