摘要
文章从中医药传承和创新的视角研究《本草纲目》“麻子仁粥”的转化应用。依据现代药理文献研究,分析火麻仁的化学成分作用及临床应用;依据传统炮制方法结合现代食品加工工艺,优化麻仁润肠茶的加工工艺;采用感官评定麻仁润肠茶的感官口味,通过临床应用评定麻仁润肠茶疗效,得出结果。麻仁润肠茶的研发是中医药健康养生文化与现代健康生活理念的融合,是对中医药膳创造性转化的有益尝试,为药食同源养生茶的开发研究提供了一种思路。
From the perspective of inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper studies the transformation and application of Maziren porridge in Compendium of Materia Medica.According to the research of modern pharmacological literature,the chemical composition and clinical application of hemp seed were analyzed.The processing technology of Maren Runchang tea was optimized according to the traditional processing method combined with modern food processing technology.The sensory taste of Maren Runchang tea was evaluated by sensory evaluation,and the curative effect of Maren Runchang tea was evaluated through clinical application.The research and development of Maren Runchang tea is the integration of traditional Chinese medicine health culture and modern healthy life concept,is a beneficial attempt to the creative transformation of traditional Chinese medicine diet,and provides a way of thinking for the development and research of health tea with the same source of medicine and food.
