耳穴贴压联合放血法治疗术前应激性高血压病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Bloodletting in the Treatment of Preoperative Stress Hypertension

目的探讨耳穴贴压联合放血法对手术患者应激性高血压病的降压效果。方法选取2019年12月—2021年11月江西中医药大学附属医院进行手术治疗且麻醉前出现应激性高血压病的患者106例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各53例。对照组采用单纯休息镇静法,研究组采用耳穴贴压联合放血法。比较2组患者干预前后血压、心率、心理状态及血压降至正常的时间。结果研究组血压降至正常的时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后10 min(T_(1))、干预后20 min(T_(2))、干预后30 min(T_(3))的收缩压、舒张压、心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组T_(3)的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合放血法对手术患者应激性高血压病降压效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular point sticking combined with bloodletting in the treatment of preoperative stress hypertension.Methods From December 2019 to November 2021,106 patients with stress-induced hypertension who had undergone surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to a random number table,with 53 cases in each group.The control group used simple rest sedation,and the study group used auricular point sticking combined with bloodletting therapy.The time to normal blood pressure,blood pressure,heart rate,and mental state before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The time for the study group to drop to normal blood pressure was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group’s systolic blood pressure was 10 minutes after intervention(T_(1)),20 minutes after intervention(T_(2)),and 30 minutes(T_(3))after intervention.Diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the T3 Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular point sticking combined with bloodletting has a significant effect on reducing blood pressure in surgical patients with stress hypertension,and it is worthy of clinical application.
