李旸四针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Li Yang Four Acupuncture Points in the Treatment ofLumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察李旸四针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年12月在安徽省中医院针灸康复一科门诊部就诊的腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者60例作为研究对象。将其随机划分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用普通针刺进行治疗,观察组采用李旸四针进行治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的日本骨科协会评估治疗量表(JOA)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组VAS和ODI评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),2组JOA评分较治疗前显著增高(P<0.05),且观察组各评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论李旸四针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果明显优于普通针刺,可减轻患者的症状,提高腰部的功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Li Yang four acupuncture points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)treated in Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Li Yang four acupuncture points.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association Assessment Treatment Scale(JOA)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry Disability Index Questionnaire(ODI)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the JOA scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than 66.67%(20/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Li Yang four acupuncture points in the treatment of LDH is obviously better than ordinary acupuncture,which can reduce the symptoms of patients and improve the waist activity function.
