中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的探究中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法将2018年1月—2020年1月在江西省乐安县人民医院接受治疗的50例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,分为常规组与观察组,常规组患者单用常规西医治疗,观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果、痛经程度评分、盆腔包块大小、性激素指标。结果观察组患者治疗效果、痛经程度评分、盆腔包块大小、性激素指标均优于常规组患者(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜异位症患者中应用中西医结合治疗有着确切效果,可以考虑积极推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on endometriosis.Methods 50 patients with endometriosis who were treated in Le’an County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group.The patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional western medicine alone,while the patients in the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The therapeutic effect,dysmenorrhea score,pelvic mass size and sex hormone indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect,dysmenorrhea degree score,pelvic mass size and sex hormone indexes of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with endometriosis has a definite therapeutic effect,which can be actively promoted.
