鱼腥草水、醇提取物对4种常见致病菌的体外抑菌效果

The Vitro Antibacterial Effects of Extracts from Different Extraction Methods of Houttuynia cordata on Four Common Pathogenic Bacteria

目的探讨鱼腥草的不同提取方法对4种人体常见致病菌的抑菌效果。方法用直接研磨法、水提取法、乙醇提取法3种方法制取鱼腥草提取液,通过平板涂布法和药敏纸片法测得金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺氏菌、伤寒沙门氏菌的抑菌环直径并分析差异。结果鱼腥草3种提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺氏菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,且抑菌环直径随菌液稀释倍数增大而增大。结论鱼腥草提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺氏菌等都有不同程度的抑制作用,但对伤寒沙门氏菌没有观察到抑制效果。

Objective To investigate the bacteriostasis effect of different extraction methods of Houttuynia cordata on four common human intestinal infection bacteria.Methods Houttuynia cordata extract was obtained by direct grinding method,water extraction method and ethanol extraction method.The diameters of antibacterial rings of staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Shigella dysentery and Salmonella typhi with different concentrations were measured by plate coating method and drug-sensitive paper method,and the differences were analyzed.Results The three extracts of houttuynia houttuynia had different degrees of inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Shigella dysentery,and the diameter of the inhibitory ring increased with the increase of the dilution ratio of the bacteria solution.Conclusion In different degrees,houttuynia houttuynia extract can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Shigella dysentery,but can not observe the anti-epidemic effect on Salmonella typhi.
