摘要
为了进一步培养本科学生的实践应用能力,结合锦州医科大学食品科学与工程学院实践教学中心实验室现状,本团队开展了开放性实验的教学模式探索,重在提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,同时让学生在巩固食品各专业课实验操作技能的基础上,学习实验研究技术。巩固学生所学的基础知识和相关专业知识,培养和提高其科学研究能力;通过整个实验研究过程,培养和锻炼学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的综合能力。通过探索食品专业开放性实验教学的新思路,为培养符合食品专业要求的综合型人才提供依据。
In order to further cultivate the practical application ability of undergraduate students,combined with the current situation of the laboratory of the practice teaching center of our school of food science and engineering,we carry out the open experiment teaching mode,focusing on improving students’practical ability and innovation ability,while consolidating the experimental operation skills of food professional courses,learning experimental research technology.Consolidate the basic knowledge and related professional knowledge,cultivate and improve scientific research ability.Through the whole process of experimental research,students’comprehensive ability of finding,analyzing and solving problems is cultivated and trained.The new idea of reforming the practical teaching of food specialty through open experiment provides the basis for training comprehensive talents who meet the requirements of food specialty.
