互联网联合中医运动疗法应用于冠心病心脏康复的研究进展

Research on the Cardiac Rehabilitation Effect of Internet Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercise Therapy with Coronary Heart Disease

心脏康复已成为冠心病相关指南的ⅠA类推荐,我国中医康复理论源远流长,中医传统运动疗法在心脏康复中发挥重要作用。但是新冠肺炎流行期间医疗资源的重新整合,加上患者自身对新冠肺炎流行的环境和对自身疾病的焦虑使得心脏康复受到重大冲击,互联网医疗此时期发挥了更为突出的作用。此文对我国传统养生运动在心脏康复中发挥作用的研究现状和主要结果进行综述,对互联医疗近年来国内外应用现状及研究结果进行了概述。分析表明当前利用互联网联合我国传统中医运动,有望成为冠心病患者心脏康复的重要举措。

Cardiac rehabilitation has become a coronary heart disease(CHD)related guideⅠA class a recommendation,rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine theory has a long history in China,the traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy plays an important role in cardiac rehabilitation.However,the reintegration of medical resources during the COVID-19 epidemic,coupled with patients’own anxiety about the COVID-19 epidemic environment and their own disease,caused a major impact on cardiac rehabilitation,and Internet medicine played a more prominent role during this period.In this paper,the research status and main results of the role of traditional health exercise in cardiac rehabilitation in China are summarized,and the application status and research results of interconnected medicine at home and abroad in recent years are summarized.The analysis shows that the use of Internet combined with traditional Chinese medicine exercise is expected to be an important measure for cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease.
