Ideological and Political Work and Effectiveness in Huaibei Anti-Japanese Base

思想政治工作是中国共产党的优良传统和政治优势。抗战时期,淮北抗日根据地在党的领导下,面向党政军各级干部和广大的战士、群众广泛开展了有针对性的、形式多样的思想政治工作,通过理论学习、整风运动和政策教育,锤炼了党性,提高了党政干部的思想理论水平与工作能力;通过纪律教育及扩军、拥军运动,增强了军队的凝聚力和战斗力,紧密了军爱民、民拥军的军民血肉联系;通过运用报纸、歌曲、戏剧等大众化的宣传途径开展社会教育,启发各阶层群众的民族觉悟,团结他们积极投身抗战。思想政治工作还深入敌营,通过开展对敌伪的政治攻势,争取敌伪军思想和立场的转变。淮北抗日根据地的思政工作收获了巨大成效,为巩固和扩大抗战力量,胜利完成党中央赋予的战略任务提供了思想政治保障。

Ideological and political work is a fine tradition and political advantage of the construction of anti-Japanese bases led by the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War.Huaibei anti-Japanese bases have carried out extensive ideological and political work by means of differentiation through political education,rectification movement,newspapers and policy guidance to improve the personal quality of party and government cadres and party spirit cultivation;Through the rectification of military discipline,united front education and military expansion and support movement to enhance the combat effectiveness and cohesion of the army,and military-civilian flesh-and-blood links;Through the dissemination of traditional media,art propaganda and social education to unite the masses to participate in the anti-Japanese war;Through carrying out political offensives against the enemy puppet forces to strive for their transformation.These works provided political guarantee for the anti-Japanese war behind enemy lines and achieved great results.
