颗粒剂微质量精密动态测量预加载偏置电流补偿法

摘要 为了解决在过程分析技术中实时在线自动检测的问题,克服被检测质量过小而无法准确测量的难点,提出了一种用于颗粒剂微质量精密动态测量的基于压电石英力传感器的预加载偏置电流补偿方法。以压电石英力传感器为测力元件,检测测量挡板与气缸间作用力的变化。通过测量挡板与气缸对压电石英力传感器施加预加载荷来降低放大器阈值,提高测量精度。将微粒在一定高度作自由落体与测量挡板进行碰撞,使压电石英力传感器产生冲击信号,以实现颗粒微质量精密动态测量。 In order to solve the problem of real-time online automatic detection in process analysis technology and to overcome the difficulty that the detected mass is too small to be accurately measured and controlled,a preload bias current compensation method based on piezoelectric sensor for precise dynamic detection of micro mass is proposed.A quartz crystal force sensor is used as a force measuring element to detect and measure the change in the force acting between the baffle and the cylinder for dynamic measurement of micro masses.By applying a pre-load to the quartz force sensor through the measurement baffle and cylinder,the threshold of the charge amplifier is lowered and the measurement accuracy is improved at the same time.The particles are made to collide with the measurement baffle in free fall at a certain height,causing the quartz crystal sensor to generate an impact signal to achieve precise dynamic measurement of the micro mass.
