摘要 钢铁行业是我国重要的原材料行业之一,钢铁生产效率的提高对工程机械、航空航天等主要工业制造领域有着拉动作用,但传统的人工取样方式存在取样不均、效率低下等问题。为此,本次研究设计了一种全自动无人值守码头原料取样系统,可以对瞬时过高或过低的物料进行动态调节,从而提高取样效率。系统采用的PLC和视频监控技术从原料源头杜绝了人为因素的干扰,实现了质量检验的集中化、远程化、智能化。由对比结果可知,A9取样点的样本数据与码头高度吻合,码头远程自动取样系统具有准确性和高效性。 The steel industry is one of the important raw material industries in China.The improvement of steel production efficiency has a pulling effect on the major industrial manufacturing fields such as construction machinery and aerospace,while traditional manual sampling has problems such as uneven sampling and low efficiency.Aiming at the problems of manual sampling,a fully automatic unattended terminal material sampling system is designed in this paper,which can dynamically adjust the materials that are too high or too low instantaneously,so as to improve the sampling efficiency.At the same time,the PLC and video monitoring technology used in the system eliminates the interference caused by human factors from the source of raw materials in the process of realizing remote sampling of raw materials at the terminal,and realizes the centralized,remote and intelligent quality inspection.The comparative analysis of the components of the terminal and local A9 sampling points shows that the sample data are highly consistent,indicating that the terminal remote automatic sampling system is accurate and efficient.
