摘要
目前人工全髋关节置换术(THR)是治疗髋关节疾病较为有效的方式,但传统的术后康复一直存在训练不规范、人工康复评价方式主观、康复治疗精度和效率低下等问题,严重影响着患者的生活质量。针对THR康复训练存在的问题,采用关节活动度的相关指标,设计并搭建了一种基于STM32的THR康复评估系统,实现了对患者训练姿态和训练强度的监测和预警,为康复治疗和评估提供了思路。
At present,total artificial hip replacement(THR)is a more effective means of treating many hip joint diseases,but the traditional postoperative rehabilitation has always had problems such as irregular training,subjective evaluation of artificial rehabilitation,and low accuracy and efficiency of rehabilitation treatment,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.For the hip joint rehabilitation training,the kinematic characteristics are analyzed,and the relevant indicators of joint mobility are adopted,and a joint motion-based evaluation strategy is proposed in the form of parameter comparison.And the THR rehabilitation auxiliary training and evaluation system is established,which realizes the monitoring and early warning of the patient′s training posture and training intensity,and provides ideas for rehabilitation treatment and evaluation.
