从DEA方法的基本思想出发,给出了一种基于多个样本单元的多目标综合评价方法(Sam-Eva),并讨论了它的相关性质.该方法不仅可以克服确定指标间权重大小和某些定量关系的困难,重要的是它可以从整体上提供决策单元各指标与样本单元比较的综合信息,并能为决策单元的改进提供有用的信息.

An evaluation method based on some sample units is presented.It can not only get rid of the difficulty to estimate the weights of indexes and find out index relationships but also provide the comprehensive information about how to improve a unit.
